1. The SENDER shall be responsible for the accuracy of the declarations provided by him, as well as for the legal stay in the country and ownership of the merchandise. In case you want to insure your merchandise, you must declare its value to 100%. When the SENDER does not declare the value of the SENDING, the responsibility
    of “EN-TREGA” will be limited up to 15 days of general minimum wage in force in D.F. per ton.
  2. “EN-TREGA” will deliver the SENDING to the CONSIGNEE, who must be fully identified with any of the official documents for that purpose (power of attorney, ID, passport, national military service card).
    The SENDER is obligated to submit their SENDING under optimum conditions of packing and packaging that guarantee their safety when being transported.
  3. It is forbidden to send the following items: money, jewelry, gold in bars, cashier’s checks, securities and negotiable documents, titles of credit, vouchers, precious metals, antiquities, art or archaeological pieces, handicrafts, wines and liquors, explosives, weapons and their components or ammunition, pharmaceuticals, plants, medicines, cigars and cigarettes, temperature-controlled drugs, narcotic drugs, toxic or dangerous by their very nature substances, perishable products or foodstuffs, fish meat, bulk grains, compressed natural gas, toxic, corrosive, inflammable, poisonous or easily decomposing and / or stink cargo, copyright infringemented goods, motors or vehicles with fuel, engines and mechanical parts without wooden packaging, house wares, coffins with corpses, animals, goods or property the carriage of which is prohibited or restricted by any legal status of the country or by the law of the International Air Transport Association.
  4. In the event that perishable shipments and during transportation or storage become spilled or decomposed, or damage to the rest of the cargo, “EN-TREGA” may without any responsibility on its part, proceed to destroy or dispose of them at cost of the SENDER. “EN-TREGA” does not have the power to open the SENDINGS to verify its contents without the presence of the SENDER.
  5. SENDER must notify the RECIPIENT of the shipments, as “EN-TREGA” will only be obliged to take the cargo to the address of the CONSIGNEE twice. If the shipment is not withdrawn it will cause a cost on the service per full day, and within the following 30 calendar days, they will accept the sale by public auction.
  6. It is recommended that the SENDER at the moment of contracting the cargo transportation service with “EN-TREGA” contracts an insurance in order to protect the shipment, it can be purchased voluntarily at “EN-TREGA”.
  7. The insurance policy only covers the risks during transportation to the destination requested by the SENDER, in the case of deliveries to OCCUR, will cease within 3 days after the arrival of the SEND to the destination branch. The responsibility of “EN-TREGA” begins at the moment the SENDER delivers the SEND, and ends until it is delivered to the corresponding CONSIGNATOR.
  8. If, at the moment of delivery of the SEND, there is a loss, damage, theft, stole or misplacement, the CONSIGNEE must state it by stating the date and must present a letter of claim at the address of “EN-TREGA” within 72 hours.
  9. Any changes requested on the general billing data, will cause a cost for the invoice or shipping guide, being the maximum term to request such changes, within the calendar month of the billing date.
